One hour in our Thermal suite which offers a relaxing experience that includes a beautiful cedar wood sauna that features an infrared panel, a beautiful-scented steam room and a refreshing waterfall shower.
This is followed by an extremely nourishing, strengthening and rejuvenating Ayurvedic Herbal Compress Massage.
For the Ayurvedic Herbal Compress Massage, therapeutic Ayurvedic herbs are crushed in a traditional mortar and pestle and tied into a Muslim cloth. Known in India as a Bolus, this forms the medium for this treatment. Warm oil is applied to the body using the Bolus and amongst many other Ayurvedic Massage movements, pummeling is also used. It feels incredible!!
